Jobs

A job is the container for everything to do with one project at one property: the photos, the designs, the site plan, the plant list, the tasks, and the conversation with your client. Instead of a design living in one place and a task list in another, a job holds the whole engagement.

How a job is organised

Every job moves through three stages, shown as tabs across the top:

• Design — photos of the property, the designs you create from them, and the site plan
• Estimate — estimates, proposals, invoices, and their relationships (Labs Preview)
• Build — the tasks and scheduling to get it installed (Labs Preview)

You don't have to work through them in order, and nothing locks. The tabs are there to give a long project some shape.

Alongside the tabs are side panels for the details that apply across the whole job: job details, plants, and the activity feed where comments live.
