How do I access Site Plans?

Every workspace can open a Site Plan from a job after Labs has been enabled for that workspace. Professional workspaces also have a standalone Site Plans list in the sidebar, which does not require opening Jobs.

From a job in any workspace

1. Open Home in a Homeowner workspace or Jobs in a Professional workspace.
2. Open the job for the property.
3. Select the Design phase.
4. Find Site Plan and create or open the plan for that job.

If the job does not have a property address yet, add one before creating the Site Plan. SimplyScapes uses the address to load the aerial background.

From a Professional workspace

Professional workspaces can also click Site Plans in the left sidebar. The list provides one place to find and organize the workspace's existing plans.

If you cannot find Site Plans

• Confirm that you are looking inside a job's Design phase.
• Refresh the page after adding or changing the property's address.
• In a Professional workspace, confirm that you are in the intended workspace before using the standalone list.
• If the option is still missing, contact support.
